Winter Koskikierros – A Multi-Use Trail in Ruunaa

The winter multi-purpose route of the Koski Tour is a 33 km long circular route, starting from Ruunaa Tourism.Along the route there are conveniently spaced campsites and fireplaces in Hapavitja, Onkilampi and Siikakoski, where you can enjoy a picnic lunch and rest. The route is marked with snowmobile cameras and blue plough marks on the ice and bog sections. The route will be ploughed as necessary and announced on the Ruunaan Tourism Facebook page.

Accommodation and equipment hire for your winter trip is provided by Ruunaan Tourism and Ruunaan Hiking Centre.

In Ruunaa you can also go winter fishing, cross-country skiing, enjoy the sauna and stay in comfortable cabins or rooms.
