Kuikka-Koponen's Twists, a 160 km long snowmobile trail network in Heinävesi. The trails are machine-maintained by the municipality depending on snow and ice conditions between 15.1 and 31.3. Trails are maintained once a week as needed.

The network circles through the beautiful lake and forest landscapes of Heinävesi. There are several break and rest spots along the route. The trail also passes through Heinävesi’s main sights (Valamo Monastery and Kerman Canal).
Using the trail network is free of charge, but joining the local snowmobile club is recommended.
