Jongunjoki 6 km classic cross-country ski track

The track maintained by the Jongunjoen village association is easy in difficulty, running through rolling fields and forest scenery. The route has no major uphill or downhill sections, and is suitable for skiers of all levels. The route is best suited for peaceful recreation and enjoying the calm of nature. At the Kivivaarantie parking area there is a lean-to shelter, campfire site, and outdoor toilets for resting. From the parking area there is a pistol track to the loop route. Skiing with a dog is allowed on the route, marked in the terrain with "Dog Track" signs.

From the parking lot at the Kivivaarantie intersection, you can reach the route via a connecting track.

When coming from Lieksa, drive along Nurmijärventie to the Kivivaarantie intersection, turn right onto Kivivaarantie and the parking area is immediately on the right.
