On summer Wednesdays from Midsummer to mid-August, it is possible to hop on the street train in the center of Ilomantsi. Departure from the bus station almost non-stop.

The Ilomantsi street train runs on summer Wednesdays, market days, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm along a scenic route in the center. On the train, you can comfortably see the sights and travel destinations of Ilomantsi Pogosta. A travel guide is on board who tells about the sites along the way. The tour lasts about 20-25 minutes. The train stops on request at the wine tower.
