Finland’s longest lit ski track in the beautiful scenery of Koli

Experience the stunning scenery of Koli National Park and the fresh winter air by skiing on Finland's longest lit ski track. The crisp frost makes your cheeks blush and your mind refreshed. On the ski trip, you will experience fast downhill slopes and even challenging uphill climbs. The snacks slipped into your backpack taste unbelievably good in the heart of nature!

Description

The wide route running through hill landscapes is about 25 km long, and you can ski either classic or freestyle on the track. The track runs from Koli Freetime’s yard in Kopravaara through Koli village to Loma-Koli. The lights are on until 9 PM and down to -22 °C.

The lit track is mostly challenging due to climbs and descents, although there are some easier sections along the route. For example, the route from Koli village to Sutka lean-to is fairly easy.

Along the way, you can rest at several rest spots by the fire and enjoy the winter skiing experience even for the whole day. Our hospitable tourism entrepreneurs offer equipment rental, waxing services, ski lessons, delicious food, and relaxing accommodation.
