Description
The Akan Trail, which is about 7.9 km long starting from the youth club building, circles Lake Siikajärvi, briefly crossing to the other side of Kiteentie. The route consists mostly of easy-to-walk village roads with moderate elevation changes, but there are also forest trails around Lake Siikajärvi. The route can be shortened by about 1.6 km if you start, for example, from the Siikajärvi swimming beach parking lot, in which case the round-trip section from the youth club building is omitted.
